After installing Oracle 10g on a Windows system, you MUST reboot the computer before installing the Manager
Server Database Server. Failure to do so may cause an ORA-12560 error: TNS protocol
error, which hangs the installation. Recovery may not be possible.
This affects all versions of CoCreate Manager Server supporting Oracle 10g.
