2006OneSpace Live! 2006 brings you easier ways to access data and share multiple applications.
New in OneSpace Live! 2006 meeting center:

The Application Sharing panel is organized so that you can share one or multiple applications running on your system. The panel shows which application(s) you are sharing. From here, you can
Share multiple selected applications.
Tune the control to reduce delay in viewing.
Capture a screenshot of the shared application:
Use the new button in the Application Sharing UI panel.
Right-click the meeting center icon in the system tray.
Use these tips in the Application Selection menu:
Double-click an application to start sharing the application.
Double-click an application to bring the corresponding window to the front.
To share several applications at the same time, press Shift and select more than one application.
After sharing one application, double-click another application to share it too.
Right-click an application to stop sharing it. If you are sharing one application only, right-click to stop application sharing altogether.
When you choose an action such as Schedule Meeting, Start Meeting, Invite Participants, New Task, or New Decision with All Projects selected from the Project Context panel, a project selection dialog appears. Choose a project from which to work.
Application sharing now has a flow control that improves the way the system behaves, controls communications, and decreases viewer delay.
Administrators: Now when you delete a user, you must replace the user with someone else. This new member will replace the deleted user in projects and envelopes, will own the deleted user's tasks, projects, or accounts.
